Baby & Me
Baby & Me classes are presented by the
Women's Hope Center with principles of "HOPE". This free
pregnancy class is a chance for you to share your thoughts and
ideas with others, as well as to receive encouraging support
throughout your pregnancy.

At first when I found out I was pregnant for the first two months me and my baby did not bond at all. I wanted something to happen to the baby. During my third month I really began to want the baby. I felt lonely and depressed so I came to Baby and Me to share my feelings with everyone. After I attended Baby and Me it helped me so much. I left calm and felt as though I could do anything. I began to love my baby.
It helped a lot. It was a comfortable place to talk about certain things without family memvers present. To be able to speak openly about our feelings. I like the fact that it is a Christian organization. I think it will help me to be a better parent because I am not stressed out. I know there is a place for me to come to be able to talk to someone.
